787-851-7258 787-851-7440 www.fws.gov/	This reserve is just northwest of Rincón, about 12 miles out. It has some of the clearest waters and best diving in Puerto Rico. Snorkelers will find plenty to see in the shallows. The refuge itself is closed and you cannot enter the island.
