- From the beach side, the rock cliff looks like the bust of the Chief Cacique Mabodomaca. Legend has it that he jumped into the sea from the cliff to avoid capture by the Spaniards. The chief's medallion was lost & is still sought along the cliff. (more)

- Swimming and fishing beach. This area was originally a Spanish port due to its deep water close to shore. Known as an excellent boogie board beach. The point at the east side of the beach is Punta Sardina. (more)
