787-851-7258 787-255-6725 Rt 101 Km 12.2. fws.gov	This fresh water lagoon is excellent for birding as a great variety of bird species reside here and in the nearby hills. Best time to visit is from August thru March when water levels are high and the migrant and resident birds are plentiful.
