- Administered by the Puerto Rico National Parks Company, this is a great family trip and not to be missed! After a short safety rules video, you take the trolley down to the entrance of the main cave: Cueva Clara de Empalme. You wander past massive formations on a paved walkway to the bottom of a giant sinkhole. On your return to the entrance, you overlook a portion of the Camuy River that flows underground. Arrive early. Audio Tours available in English and Spanish are included in the entrance fee. Guided tours are subject to weather conditions. Cafeteria for food and drinks; shop at the Souvenir Shop. Also available: camping area, picnic shelters & salon rental.
