  • Located at the entrance to El Yunque, this beautiful structure has the feel of a tropical hacienda with its magnificent views, water feature and open spaces. There is an orientation area to help the visitors plan their trip into El Yunque as well as 3 interpretive pavilions that describe the forest and its unique ecosystem. The theater presents an educational film (alternating English and Spanish) every 15 minutes. The bookstore offers all kinds of books and souvenirs that are related to the rain forest. A nature trail is located nearby. The facilities can be rented for private evening activities.
